How to Participate...
Primary Care Physicians
DOQ-IT currently offers services to a limited number of eligible physician offices in
Texas. Physician offices are eligible if the office is made up of one to eight
physicians and works closely with Medicare beneficiaries. These types of
offices are invited to apply for participation in this new program. The
DOQ-IT project is not a vendor of EHR products, nor do we endorse any software
provider. What DOQ-IT does is help you and your staff identify which of the
existing systems would best meet your practice's needs. Participation in the
project will also provide the tools to effectively evaluate what needs to be
put into place to successfully implement EHR. These may include changes in your
office's workflow to ensure that the EHR functions in such a way as to be
effective and not to cause unnecessary issues or duplication of work. We
